About Renaissance Event Center
The Event Center
Located on our beautiful student campus of Manatee School for the Arts, our brand new Renaissance Event Center opened in August 2024, and is now available to rent for special events.
Mondays through Fridays during school hours, our venue serves as the cafeteria and internal events for the students. We are excited to offer it for rent year-round on Friday nights and all day Saturdays and Sundays to the public in order to support the students throughout the year.
Our 10,000 square foot AV extravaganza event space is versitile and caters to a variety of special events, including weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, memorials, conferences, trade shows and sport events.
Open the doors and get ready to be blown away… equipped with 36 85” LED screens as digital wallpaper, state-of-the-art audio house system, a prep kitchen and an arcade, we are ready to host your next big event!

No Worries
Catering
Renaissance Event Center offers customized catering packages through its preferred caterers. Other options are available by contacting our Facility Event Manager.
Bar Service
Alcohol service is not yet permitted on site. We are pending zoning permit approval for mid-summer 2025. Once approved, alcohol service will be allowed to be purchased by our clients directly and required to be served by a licensed catering staff at the bar or to the tables. Beer, cider, wine and mixed drinks will be permitted.
Amenities
Electrical power, kitchen access and restroom facilities are available inside the venue. Tables and chairs are included as needed.
On-Site Equipment
Our venue includes a state-of-the-art house sound system, 2500 watts including six subwoofers, 200 amp electrical panel, 36 85” LED monitors, 12 mechanical gobos, a center stage/riser.
Recommended Vendors
Our curated list of experienced and skilled vendors who all carry liability insurance is available upon request. Please ask our Facility Event Manager.
